Tarique Rahman to Address Rallies at Six Locations in Dhaka Today

BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman is scheduled to participate in a series of election rallies today, Sunday, across six parliamentary constituencies in the northern part of Dhaka City Corporation. As part of his campaign activities, he will address the public in different areas throughout the day and seek votes in favor of the party’s candidates. According to the announced schedule, the first rally will begin at 2:00 PM at the ECB Square in the Dhaka-17 constituency. This will be followed by a rally at 2:40 PM at Lal Maath in Pallabi Ward No. 2 of Dhaka-16, another at 3:30 PM near the Senpara Ideal Government High School adjacent to Mirpur-10 Roundabout in Dhaka-15, at 4:20 PM at the gate of National Bangla High School in Dhaka-14, at 5:10 PM at the Shyamoli Club ground on the western side of Shyamoli Cinema Hall in Dhaka-13, and the final rally of the day at 6:00 PM at the Sun Valley ground in Satarakul area of Badda under Dhaka-11. These six rallies are being held in important constituencies of northern Dhaka, and a large turnout of party leaders, activists, and general voters is expected. Party sources said that the rallies will highlight party policies, development plans, voting rights, and commitments to restoring a democratic environment. The series of rallies is also aimed at strengthening direct engagement with the public and demonstrating a strong presence in the electoral field. Party leaders indicated that after completing the programs in northern Dhaka, similar rallies will be held in the southern part of the capital, where he will campaign for party candidates in different constituencies. A total of 14 rallies have been planned over two days. Preparations have been completed in various areas, with local leaders and activists organizing campaign activities and rally arrangements at each venue. Party leaders believe that this continuous series of rallies will energize supporters and create a positive response among voters ahead of the election.
