The physical condition of Sharif Osman Hadi, who was shot during an attack in Dhaka, remains extremely critical, according to the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing. He is currently undergoing treatment in Singapore under close medical supervision.
Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan visited Hadi at the hospital and later spoke with Bangladesh’s Chief Adviser, informing him that Hadi’s condition is critical. The Chief Adviser has urged the public to remain calm and requested prayers for Hadi’s recovery.
Hadi, a leader of the Inqilab Manch and a key figure in the July mass uprising, was shot during election campaigning in Dhaka-8 constituency. He was first treated in Dhaka before being flown to Singapore for advanced medical care.
