Deep condolences have been expressed over the death of Begum Khaleda Zia, the country’s first female Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson. Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman prayed to Allah, seeking that she be accepted as a guest of Paradise.

He also prayed for patience and strength for her family members, relatives, and associates during this time of grief.
Passed Away Early Morning
Begum Khaleda Zia passed away at around 6:00 am on Tuesday at the age of 80 while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Dhaka.
