Bangladesh left-arm pacer Mustafizur Rahman continued his impressive run in the International League T20, picking up wickets for the seventh consecutive match. At the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, Mustafizur turned the game on its head by claiming three wickets in just four deliveries against Gulf Giants.
Introduced into the attack in the 14th over, Mustafizur dismissed James Vince first before removing Azmatullah Omarzai and Sean Dickson in quick succession. His lethal spell triggered a collapse, putting the opposition under immense pressure.
Gulf Giants were eventually bowled out for 156. Dubai Capitals chased down the target comfortably, winning with six wickets in hand and four balls to spare. Mustafizur finished with figures of 3.5–0–34–3 and was named Player of the Match. With 14 wickets in seven matches, he remains one of the standout bowlers of the tournament.
